As seen with the scam companies that KMAG has been compared too. Even legit companies that take advantage of their shareholder base only release what's required unless they're in the process of squeezing their shareholders.

Is that what we've seen here? Of course not.

Is he leaking information for personal gain? We all know that JR's personal financial situation is sound. At least to the point where selling the occasional million shares or so at his own legal risk wouldn't make any sense at all. For the most part, and just one benefit us being on the Greys, we can account for most buys from those on this board. So there goes his dumping shares theory.

Just to add a little to the 'leak' theory, how many predicted dates have passed us by? Enough to know you can't hold Jeff to everything that's posted here.

For every red flag posted that's based on opinion we have another that screams BUY. And that's exactly what I will continue to do until one of those red flags can be verified. I know that getting halted and having to go through the process of getting back to normal trading should be enough to back up the negative views but this case is obviously different. The accounts of those shareholders who haven't been swayed by the negative cautionary advice given here are now green. The only non motivated criticism here is being done by those who followed the advice of the doom and gloomers. Who's fault is that? It's not like those who want to get out can't. Sure a 10 million share sell order may not get immediately filled. Our volume may be low but holders can get out if they wish. It may take a little pushing to their broker if it's not filling as quickly as they'd like but they can.

The best advice based on fact that can be given here is simple and obvious. If one believes he'll deliver then the time to buy is now. If one believes Jeff will slip away into the darkness then the time to sell is now. Both have the opportunity right now and neither have anyone to blame but themselves if they end up on the wrong side of things.
