Is everybody aware that RSMI carries the "PN" tier designation?

While youse will want to read the OTC categorizations for yourself, it basically means that RSMI is a very stinky-pinky that does NOT report to any regulator.

"P" = Pink sheet.
"N" = No information.

All IMHO.
