The penny suckers are still trying to make a dime:

Penny suckers will be an impediment if/when the good news arrives -- they will squeeze every little decimal point of gains to lower levels for months/years and why it will take quite some time for the PPS to advance above post R/S levels.

The road ahead is getting longer and harder every week, as this stock becomes more and more stunted, like a plant in a drought. For this reason alone the likelihood of another R/S increases weekly. The possibility of a BK filing in order to stimulate the growth of the plant (the PPS) out of its dormancy post good news (end of drought), as in a "new" beginning, is starting to appear on the distant horizon.
