Pack, all of you seem to have short memories. Plenty of accusations and no sense of undertaking some research of your own to understand what is meant by what Doug stated.

Just go back the previous filing of the 10K and will notice what happened thereafter when additional quarterly filing were submitted.

I have no idea why similar re-filings are necessary but if you are patient and accept the message that I received and which I posted then we will get the answer next week when Wang finally decides the clear up the air.

I have no connection to this company, have never received a personal message from him and I am as much in the dark as you are on anything about First China other than what I have assumed by interpolating statements made concerning activities.

Maybe we will all get lucky next week and find out from Wang answers to all the questions that I have been asking.

1. What is the new temporary address of this company.
2. Why is the old address still shown on the filings and on the websites.
3. Why are we made to wait 4 months to get some updates.
4. Why has there been no update of the Websites, etc.
