if GOOG do actually have a solution which can completely negate the VRNG patents.. then there is absolutely nothing stopping them from sharing said workaround with all and sundry in order to completely suffocate VRNG.



This "work around" is meaningless unless and until it is verified by independent experts as not infringing and more importantly once it is they actually change the current method. Until this happens they must pay royalties. The royalties may get delayed due to legal maneuvers but this is what must happen for Google to avoid on-going royalties.
