Now that tier assignment is certainly going to be favorable for smky share price appreciation, eh! Going to run up to a penny stock during April 2013; good luck on that wistful wisp.

How many tiers downward from there until smky becomes a grey sheet sewer speculative stagnant stain in the archives of the investment game? Not too many. All IMHO.
