Serf... Once the SEC officials come to a decision that ALL our shares are bogus shares, they will enforce their rules, and everyone??? here will be very happy.

Anyone here does not know all the facts. Many things are uncertain, but one thing is certain. ----- All the Certificates Mario Pino issued have problems: a false CUSIP number, a false Certificate number, a false number of Shares, false signatures (i.e. Mr. Meagas' COPIED signature by fax along with a "former" secretary's signature). Pino should have used Martin Duffy's signature. How could Mario Pino issue those false certificates with the company's approval?

Mario Pino claims that our shares are real, not FAKE. If so, a lot of people will lose money.
