SDVI is pleased to announce more dilution and legal expenses. Although we as a company make very little income, we are very confident that shareholders will continue to believe that we are a viable company. Former employees and consultants will continue to pump out BS while we sell more shares into the market....while laughing.

This is probably how it should have been communicated...you've been fooled again shareholders.
