Revolutionary Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB:REVO) (www.revolutionaryconceptsinc.com), a development stage company focused on the design and development of the "Eye Talk Communicator" announced today that it has been recently awarded U.S. Patent 8,144,184. Highlighted in Patent 8,144,184 are three very significant claims that embellish features related to new smart technologies. The recently awarded patent strengthens and expands the capabilities of the company's smart camera platform and further establishes the EyeTalk Communicator as a tremendous asset in today's wireless era.
Ronald Carter, President and CEO commented, "Patent 8,144,184 details the use of a system with the capability of interfacing with multiple peripheral devices independently or simultaneously. This claim defines a system with very versatile capabilities and use. As an entry management system for residential and commercial use, the system has the capability to alert multiple end users activating a graphical user interface with designated smart devices. Additionally, Patent 8,144,184 describes biometric capabilities in identifying and authenticating personnel that approach the system. The EyeTalk Communication biometric capabilities enable the smart camera technology to read physical characteristics such as finger scans, voice recognition, iris scan, physical stature, etc. Biometric use is anticipated in extremely sensitive environments where entry management and security is of critical importance.
"Patent 8,144,184 also claims the ability of the system to record and archive events. Needless to say, this feature is most useful and important in a very broad array of circumstances. The system claims the ability to access the recorded data seamlessly via the claimed peripheral smart devices or directly from PC hardware. These claims are extremely significant and coincide with the trend of smart devices fueling the wireless industry and pushing smart technology to new limits." Carter goes on to suggest, "The EyeTalk Communicator's versatility and practical integration into the rapidly expanding smart evolution is clearly protected and substantiated by the recent patent award. The EyeTalk Communicator will prove to be a substantial upgrade in entry management and a very efficient and effective use of smart capabilities. I am confident our Communicator will be a more effective method of monitoring entry management and as dependable, or more so, than the use of a security guard."
Solomon RC Ali, Sr. VP states, "As Revolutionary Concepts continues to receive rights from U.S. patents, there will be more opportunities for licensing agreements with companies that are currently in our space. The approval of recent and future patents will continue to strengthen our position for further growth and create value for our shareholders."
