I was thinking...maybe the halt is because of a short volume higher than the actual float, or something wacky. Likely it's misleading PR's or filings that got the SEC attention (which would not go well for us when it trades again). Anyway...I have no experience with being a shareholder in a halted stock, so I guess I'll chalk this up to another learning experience.
