Is RayStoleMyInvestment defunct?

Why hasn't the SEC revoked the registration of RSMI? Is it a fully reporting public corporation?

Any more evidence need to indict the SEC for dereliction of duty?

Does SEC Rule 12(j) represent a wide discretion in rule enforcement at the federal level?

I just think that the SEC is still asleep! All IMHO.
