Zero has Zero in the pipe and is for all intents and purposed a one horse company. They have to prove that AOT.XX works without a reasonable doubt in whatever market they are looking to enter. This is the most important task facing them. Sell the furniture, turn in the leases, cut the expense account, take a smaller space...do what every possible to prove the device works ass advertised. If AOT can pump more oil with less power across all ranges of oil content and PSI's every US player will line up to sign checks. This has to be done by a third party peer reviewed US test facility. Going to China doesn't past the sniff test. If this a "game changing" device why would you want to leave it overnight with a foreign government? BTW as to your commercial property comparison if I could get a killer deal on a property I would try to buy it before it ever listed.
