Agree with your post! I'm not really sure they would do a C.C. over doubt of earnings forcast though. Obviously with the price of the stock there was/is doubt already otherwise it would not have been sitting at less than .10 with earnings almost double that for last year. IMO, something much better is coming as perhaps positive developments especially knowing that this Q had higher revenues. I look for substantial increase in revenues for the next fiscal year which could make this a huge runner. Anybody did any DD on the patent and what it means in regards to revenues/ profits for this company.
