Since it is very doubtful that the FBI, state investigators, the SEC, state regulators, FinRA, or anybody really wants to turn over slimy rocks in the sewer to find out what is going on at the smky investment game, the nicest ceo knows that he is pretty safe, almost immune.

In any event, the market is not responding very positively to the smky reporting shuffle, eh. At this keyboarding, looks like another NO TRADE day for smky today. In the absence of an active trading platform, how does smky's share price climb to the penny plateau in April of 2013? I have my doubts. All IMHO.
