It's all about how much of this co. do I want to own. The outstanding shares are increased I increase my holding. That is as long as they have several things in the worksand I can afford it. Now if things don't go well in development or other things go south I am out. But as of now I won't let average news or financials change that. Entrance and exit strategies need to be established before investing and followed other wise your just guessing.
