Key will Supreme Court take American Petro and others case against EPA for E15.I do believe they will. If they do ethanol stocks will hit a wall for awhile. Plus if we use equipment where there is already a patent infringement suit further potential liability. None the less I am very disappointed in Peixs perfromance.
