So okay the possibly doomsday picture...does the converted debt plus the O/S equal less than 3 Billion Shares. From that point could shares be bought back?

Unlike some other Pinkys PNCH is no track to generate some nice revenue. So it might not be out of the picture for a Share Buy back to occur. It happens all the time once a Company gets more on its feet. Is PNCH 100% excluded from this happening?
