Actually it makes perfect sense. It's easy for market makers to run this down on low volume. The volume going up was huge. They took it down on a fraction of the money that took it up. If no one sold at their prices they might even have been able to trade it down between themselves but the fact is that there were sellers that allowed MMs to determine the value of their shares. Not mine! My shares are worth a minimum of .28 today! That's MY value. I can only wonder how many people got shook? Might see some more tomorrow.
This is why the big payoffs are in the penny range. Takes courage to play these things.
