Remember the photos that Misty initially posted of his trip to PBLS with his cousin?
I couldn't understand some of the pictures until now. Wasn't one of them of a pipeline?

I believe it was.

Which leads me to the conclusion that ProGas has been (lol... is this correct language? being) acquired and been a done deal long before the PR? The paperwork always takes months to complete going through the legal bumps and jumps...and that is if they are motivated to push some companys' papers harder than others, I am just a small investor in the mix here so take my post as all the others with a grain of salt.

Excellent business execution if this is so. Kudos to the PBLS Team!

Some sharp people behind this Company. Not an opinion, IMO...just a fact!

ProGas, which also has offices in Houston, Texas, is a full service energy company that provides marketing responsive solutions to Energy producers and consumers, with services including

energy supply management, natural gas and crude oil marketing, physical energy transportation (trucks, barges, pipelines),

physical and financial risk management, administrative and regulatory consulting and a rapidly growing facilities financing division. According to the company's audited financial statements, ProGas generated in excess of $190,000,000 in annual sales revenues for fiscal year 2005, which ended in August.
