I don't understand why BCCI would want to venture off to the idea of ice cream. They should just stick to the coffee plan which is so far still in business. I can see them buying a ice cream factory and taking it over and going with that plan, but as you stated: to start from scratch, create your own ice cream? I am not convinced yet.
