I heard questions about dilution but no one followed up with the obvious question which is why all the share selling in the first place? Why don't they already have funding in place? They're in a hot industry, they say they have a cutting edge product so why don't they have an Angel investor? They get 50K here, 100K there but if everything is going so well they should have VC guys lining up ready to hand them $5-10 million to get the ball rolling. The fact that they don't is the biggest red flag to me so I'm surprised no one asked that. Of course, they probably wouldn't have answered it anyway
