GOOG could end up shooting itself in the foot by declaring this workaround, which it wouldn't otherwise have looked into had it not received an unfavorable decision from a jury. I would think the judge would frown upon their actions, considering otherwise the results to be a waste of the court's time and a flaunting of the jury's decision.
