"Google is not bluffing"....the minute I read this article, I deleted it. Reason: this was a statement without any information pertaining to what Google has to complete a "work around"...had this been submitted a long time ago to the judge it might have worked, but this smells like an 11th hour attempt "to bluff". I might be wrong, but I don't buy it. Vringo's legal team smelled the same pile of crap and told the judge to deny Google. This does not change my opinion of Judge Jackson (he's a bum).
