During 2012, we owned and operated three soybean production factories in Jixian County in Heilongjiang Province with a combined annual soybean processing capacity of 520,000 tons. In July 2012, our Factory No. 3 ceased operation following our receipt of a notice from Jixian County People’s Government. We were advised by Jixian County People’s Government that the reason that we were required to move our Factory No. 3 from its current location by September 30, 2012 was because the current location of Factory No. 3 was materially interfering with the city’s plan of northward expansion. The notice from the Jixian County People’s Government further stated that the Jixian Government would enter into an agreement with us regarding the provision of compensation to us for our losses as a result of the required relocation of our Factory No. 3

Should be in the 1st quarter financials. This is from 2012 and they had a loss due to being displaced. IMO
