I agree. I had to Reread email. Georgia can be tough. I know the police force don't mess around down there. I can see some panic selling. I will wait to see how this plays out. I personally did not buy any water yet. I wonder if they have to start refunding money. this is definately why it is still trading low pennies. Rough start. Hopefully not much longer for this to turn around for the positive.
