The whole notion that I am holding ZERO to a Big Board standard is absurd! The bigger issue is that company SPENDS like its a big board company when it should be acting like a penny!. Millions going out the door every Q! You can;t even begin to justify it and when people do it just sends up red flare the size of SA-6. You can't just say ohhh well it's oTC so what do you expect..I expect the company to conserve funds that they have been entrusted with,,,,penny or not.

I tell you this I would not be complaining if these guys had an operating yearly budget of 1M and were working out of a small office hungering down like any other company trying to compete in that space. But that's not the case is it? They a have a bunch of fulltime employees, high rent offices, generous managment comp packages, luxury auto expense, health benefits. Its like they are pretending they do 10M a year already. People open your eyes. Everything is outsource why the overhead? They are spending your money at an alarming rate. This may come as a surprise but cash is not an infinite resource.
