Just because you talked about it last time doesn't mean your right. They will be forced to cover. Take it or leave it... PPS doesn't soar from .06 to .20 because people are excited about CUSIP change news. The change forces them to cover while at the same time locking up the old shares which in turn causes the PPS to sky rocket.
