Looks to me like all the evidence is pointing to game over, but most people still holding shares are praying.....

no matter how much DD anyone has done, no one really knows if the lawyers are filing an appeal, and if they are - why haven't they announced it yet? There's no reason to try to hide it...

or maybe the lawyers are waiting till the very last day, in the hopes that more people would be scared out of their shares??

But WHY?
