Here is the problem I have with your analysis. The question and elephant in the room becomes. Why did insiders just buy 7m shares by cashing in warrants?

Why cash in warrants now? What would be the purpose. Those warrants weren't going to expire, were they?

Now the CEO can't say, "we need our insiders to buy shares to fund trials." That would be weird and probably inappropriate to say to a public group. Instead he says we need to raise capital or get a capital raise or funding or something right?

So why did they cash in warrants now. Aren't these insiders from Epic who works with ELite?
