they cannot short this stock; the majority of shares are owned by paul giles and his partner and are RESTRICTED for the first year; my fear is that they are trying to no avail to keep the share price up until that year is up; and then they can bail, these fears became more so when i found out production was being postponed; this was after i spoke with paul giles and he told me they had enough funding now suddenly they need another $800k; i don't know just sounds like something isn't right
