I got that, but in his twisted mind it was only the "children of the enemy". Not the public at large.

(providing the entire OK city attack was what it is commonly believed to have been--I have my doubts)

If these explosions had occured at a Fed building, or some other "goverment institution", I could perhaps see an argument there for some of the MSM talking about the bombing as a demonstration on "tax day".
