Dates are self-explanatory. If that meeting on Tuesday took place, and GOOG didn't get what they wanted, why the hell didn't they file a motion Wednesday of last week instead of this expedited motion they filed today? Personally, I think that works against them as it shows they sat on their asses for almost a week without filing their motion. Why should the court now bend over backwards to accommodate them? Their tactics have the possibility of steppin on Superman's cape.
