Stockefeller: I have been around the block for many years on public boards, penny stocks, etc...

I have seen people start investor lawsuits websites. I have seen people pool their talent and $$$ to get lawyers. I have seen those lawyers post to boards asking people to call them that have information. I have seen nearly every variation of people attempting to seek justice. I have seen people that wanted to remain anonymous unless they were talking to an actual lawyer. I have seen those actual lawyers release PR's inviting these exact conversations. I have seen these lawyers post their contact information on websites to save money. I have seen burned investors post their lawyer's name and number for the 'anonymous' to call. Some people just don't like to admit their losses in public. Lawyers know this. That is why victims get the word out to make those calls.

Many years. Seen nearly everything.

But, the bahavior of people on this board, I have NEVER seen to date. Many years. These "victims" are very different. People saying that they are 'getting 'er done' but not seeking assistance, victims, blah, blah...

The way that people on this board behave is the exact OPPOSITE of how people behave that are actually seeking justice and getting 'er done. The very FIRST thing you do, as I have seen done MANY TIMES, is lock down your victims. Get them in contact with your lawyer. You don't lose your victims and witnesses and let them eeek out the door because you're busy.

You do the OPPOSITE of what you and others are doing here.

Claims are just claims. This company had claims and didn't follow through. A claim is a claim.

I have WARNED people on this board and others about people that make promises of 'seeking justice' without ever doing so.

I have warned that some people actually employ this as a strategy to keep people doing nothing, thinking someone else is.

Well, push has come to shove. I do not think you have a lawyer. I do not think you have any progress you would share with someone else's lawyer.

I asked ONE BIG QUESTION in my last post to you that went unanswered: "Do you have any new information that YOU would be willing to share with another shareholder's lawyer?"

That is an easy question. If the answer is YES, then hopefully you will be contacted soon and you will be a great help. If the answer is NO or another non-answer, then I think we know where you stand.
