Wasn't the SEC 10K LATE filing due today?

Already past the meridian and I didn't see it, yet.

Anybody got a handle on smky's late filing of their 10k to the SEC?

How does the sequence go?
1. Failure to file require 10k with SEC on time.
2. Obtains extension with a deadline to file SEC in a somewhat timely fashion.
3. Misses deadline imposed by granted extension.
4. Get some unwanted suffix added to ticker symbol which downgrades status.
5. Trading on the OTC as a stinky pinky forbidden as company is suspended for failure to report.
6. Slips into the grey sheet stock category.

IF that is the patterned situation for smky, will smky rise to being a penny stock by the end of April 2013 trading as a grey stock? I have my doubts. All IMHO.
