kennypooh, the Subsequent Events Reporting Period covers the period between the date of the Balance Sheet and the date of the Auditors Report (Opinion) which was April 1. Just wanted to clarify as such.

Oops, I just saw that your post indicated the filing date. Not sure how many shares were placed since April 1, but cannot believe the number was over 100 million. Something is not jiving here.
