This comment is not accurate. One second after the jury verdict Google is automatically a willful infringer there is no argument here. Google does not have to admit it it is common sense. Subsequently their lack of willingness to discuss licensing the patent adds to their "black marks" further their general conduct can in no way be put in a favorable light.
