That was an easy Call to make
for him, since he can sell them ONLY at .11 anyways

The Selling Stockholders identified in this prospectus on page 15 are offering their Shares of our common stock at a fixed price of $0.11 per share in accordance with the terms described under “Plan of Distribution”



"that were duly registered in an S1/A Registration Filing with the SEC." <- wonder if he has spoken to a Lawyer before he submitted this PR.
The wording just doesn't sound like the typical CEO stuff you read when it comes to Things like this.
