abcde2 can you tell by looking at the public records if BI has
filed a "Lis Pendens" on the property?

That would be the most immediate thing that should have already been done to protect BI's ownership interest in the property.

If it has not already been done it could be considered an act of omission to protect the interests of the company and the stockholders interest.

If I were a betting person, I'd bet they haven't. Sean Floyd says he has put together a "task force" to look into these matters.

Any title company can do the work in tracking the title transfers in 1 day for $100.00, maybe $200.00.
