Hi Ammo. This co. is completely misdirected IMO. They've always wanted to get on the AMEX, but the only way to do it is to R/S the shares since their O/S is too hot. I personally think this is a bunch of BS. This transaction ain't or free and will have to cost IFTP something. Looks too complicated, but people are kidding themselves if they think this will help shareholder value. Nothing they've done has ever added anything to shareholder value, just more to the mgt.'s pocketbook IMO.

I have sworn off buying in the OTCBB, except for a few minor exceptions. IFTP is an overinflated piece of crap, and they know their stock is heading down if they continue to dilute. So they'll probably do the merger, then dilute some more.
