Scary, I'm sorry that happened to you. It's bad enough that CPI used our full names without permission, they also were/are still using names of people that don't even work for the company anymore. Which potentially puts them in the line of fire too.

I don't understand why the lawyers didn't set CPI straight about the legality of using our names. Can you imagine the lawsuit YOU could have brought against them? (If they had any money.) I've actually saved a few emails for proof.
