It's investors selling the rally after having been burned by DMRJ's firesales into the same. People are tired of DMRJ making all the money and shareholders getting the shaft from inflated expectations set by pumpers on a daily basis over three years time.

Throw in the loss of company credibility and you have today's pin action.
