UPDATE: PBCW – We are on high news watch for key updates

With the 10-K filed and out of the way, PBCW is set to move forward and we expect key updates from the company to follow very soon that will definitely take PBCW to the next level up.
The recent 10-K also confirms PBCW‘s 40 million share float with insiders controlling a HUGE block of restricted securities. This definitely reconfirmed insider’s confidence in the company and looking to add significant shareholder’s value.
This quarter is also shaping up to be very interesting. With key updates and contracts expect by the company following their 10-K filing, they have also hinted to a series of news to be unleashed this quarter including a more detailed and advance website profiling their app designs and features.
We have developed our preliminary website, and are in the process of developing a more advanced site where we can provide a more detailed section regarding proprietary app designs and features. We have begun designing a more advanced website, and intend to launch it during the second quarter of 2013.
It’s apparent some near term traders sold shares yesterday at rock bottom prices, which thought PBCW would not file their 10-K on time. Well, we had no doubt, and those who sold will certainly look for an entry point to jump back in. Seems the smart buyers were catching the opportunity on this minor consolidation.
We definitely added to our position, and looking to further add again all week – PBCW is just getting started tapping into a muli-billion dollar industry and we are real excited to what this quarter has in store for the company.
