Dr. Kim and his flue vaccines is going to take very long time to be a viable commercial product. Market knows this.

Recent increase on shares count to 600 Million has spooked the investors. With the current market conditions I won't be surprised if we visit 0.50 again...

While I cannot predict when, RS is coming for sure. No funds will get in with 600 Million authorized shares. If RS happens, INO has a healthier chance of getting out of penny stock rut at the cost of current shareholders.
