Just a question BF.
The price of Naug is about .66. The Nwau is ~.16. But the Nwau holders are suppossed to receive .3333 shares Naug for each share of Nwau when that conversion takes place.

Shouldn't the valuation measure be the Naug.ob price?

Here's another question: any idea when this might happen? You're in AZ, maybe you have some insight.
