You would probably have to double the shipping costs in the Lithium battery example since the matterials have to be shipped over to china before they can refine it and then make the batter to ship it back so no way to make money there either yet somehow they are doing it.
I'm sure at some point Rocktenn in Jacksonville will either have to shut down the location or find someplace else to put their monofil site plastic or go out of business because they won't be allowed to continue to put plastic in there forever.
Besides the construction of the equipment the only costs will be the handling of plastic from the plant across the yard and the nearby monofil site. I'm sure it will be feasible for Rock Tenn to work out the details since they obviously can't get what you claim for the plastic there.
