No Problem Kramrer...And I'm sorry if my rebuttal was...

A bit Harsh...Talking with Paul last night, he didn't even hint that a PR would come out today stating that the closing would be "Officially" Delayed...

We talked at length on this subject, and I expressed my fears of the Markets reaction if we heard Nothing from them today...

I am very happy that he decided to keep us all in the loop on this matter...
