Ham I'am holding on to my shares just in case Cirtran is offer a large settlement, new contract with Playboy, or a buyout. One or two of these things I believe is going to happen in the very near future. If YA Global just step out and let this thing stay stationary at 1 or better,and not keep dragging it down. than when the settlement comes in they can capitalize on Cirtran like the shareholders.

Yes I have concerns also with YA Global, I don't like the idea they were paid $100,000 with converted shares. Maybe Cirtran might get a settlement offer, or a better deal from Playboy before next month conversion. If a settlement offer or a buyout is being discuss Cirtran can't let the shareholders know, not until an offer or buyout is settle. Those who is left out it is to late to get back in if there is a buyout. Maybe a settlement but not a buyout.
