FYI they are in South Carolina I believe...

It looks like a short to me... If some one is trying to sell for taxes they would not show the large quantity on the offer.

Stock Jock- ask Todd to use his pro17 formula on the chart... I believe he will say that we need to bounce off the 50 day SMA which is about .069 and bounce off that before we begin the upswing... I could be wrong, but Todd will know exactly!

We also have the chart scenario of "three black crows"... this scares me. Strong support is needed.
