i think paris is right here, unless i misunderstood the 10k late filing, today is the last day *edit* then we get the E with a (i think) 60 day grace period or face dropping *edit again* tomorrow is the LAST day http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1058330/000149315213000518/0001493152-13-000518-index.htm
filed 4/01.....15 calendar days later is tomorrow! GLTA go STKO and stuff!
