Anyway you want to twist this. The people of cinco Minas own the mineral rights. Down in the ground. You say MSJ owns them. So what have you been claiming for 2 yrs. that BGL owns the rights to cinco Minas. They might own the surface rights. If you say is true. But I doubt it. They lost them when they filed the lein. Read the contract. Null & Void. End of story. Nobody , not BGL, SRGE, MSJ end up with squat. All down the tubes. BGL has nothing but a lein. SRGE. A bunch of Caspars. Add in the MSJ Caspars. What do you have. Nada !!!
